Welcome to Tanzania!

Our waiting driver-guide will pick you up from the Kilimanjaro International Airport and we will transfer to the city of Arusha. We will check you in to your hotel and can spend the remainder of your day resting and recuperating from your long flight.

Take the time to unwind before your Migration Safari begins the next day.

Tarangire

BAOBABS AND ELEPHANTS

An early start to your safari today as we pick you up from your lodge in Arusha in your private safari vehicle and begin our journey west towards Tarangire National Park.

We will arrive at the park around mid-morning and spend the rest of our time on a game drive of this amazing National Park, with a picnic lunch at a picnic site within the park.

Towards the mid-to-late afternoon, we will head towards your lodge for your overnight stay in the Manyara area.

Lake Manyara

FLAMINGOS ON THE RIFT VALLEY

We will pick you up from your lodge in the morning and start to make our way towards the Lake Manyara National Park.

Our day will be spent traversing the many sceneries that this exquisite National Park has to offer. From tree covered canopies, to a bit open savannah, swamps and a lake.

Towards the mid-to-late afternoon, or whenever you have had enough, we will exit the park and head back to your lodge.

The Serengeti

THE NORTHERN MARA

We will check out from your lodge and drive to the world-renown Serengeti. Our journey will take us through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and we will stop briefly at the Crater Viewpoint.

After formalities at the Naabi Hill park gate, we will spend our day on an en-route game drive as we gradually make our way North to begin your true Migration Safari.

Around mid-to-late afternoon, we will make our way towards your accommodation inside the park.

The Serengeti

TREKKING THE WILDEBEEST

Our Safari starts early as we head out towards the Mara River. With any chance, we will get to amaze at the grand spectacle of the thousands of Wildebeest crossing the crocodile infested Mara River.

Our game drives will be around the area, keeping us close to the main migration.

Towards the late afternoon or early evening, or whenever you have had enough, we will make our way towards your camp.

The Serengeti

EXPLORING THE ENDLESS PLAINS

We will check out of the camp today and spend our day on amazing game drive of the “Endless Plains” of the Serengeti. Our journey will take us South towards the Central & Western Plains. Our expert driver-guide will vary the locations as we trek amazing game and traverse some of the best parts of the Serengeti.

Towards the mid-to-late afternoon, we will head to your new accommodation for the night, enjoying a sundowner as the sun melts away from the African landscape.

RELAXING IN THE WILD

It’s going to be a flexible and relaxing day today.

We can choose to head out for an early morning game drive with a picnic lunch and return to the camp for some relaxation later around lunch or you can choose to stay in through the morning and head out later for a game drive.

You can plan your day with your driver-guide a day before.

The Ngorongoro

INTO THE HIGHLANDS

An easier start to the day today as we check out from the camp in the Serengeti and head out for one last game drive of this amazing landscape.

Later, around or after lunch, we will crossover into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and head to the edge of the crater’s rim to check in to your lodge for the night.

Your lodge, perched on the edge of the viewpoint in Ngorongoro, will afford you spectacular sunset views of the entire crater.

A SPECTACULAR SAFARI EXPERIENCE

We will exit the lodge early today as we head to the nearest descent trail to descend onto the crater floor. Our day will be spent on the unique Ngorongoro Crater floor, trekking the various animals that inhabit this collapsed volcanic caldera.

Our lunch stop will be lakeside inside the crater, after which the game drive continues, and, towards the late afternoon, or whenever you’ve had enough, we will make your way back up the crater rim and back to your lodge.

End of Experience

KWAHERI TANZANIA

Our Tanzania safari experience draws to a close as we check out of the lodge and head towards the Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight out from Tanzania.
